As a child in a small Mumbai suburb, Dax was fascinated by kites - their freedom, their dance in the sky. But kites cost money, and pocket money was scarce.
His parents gave him a few rupees only when he ran errands for them. That's when an idea struck him—if running errands got him kites, why not run errands for the entire neighborhood?
So, he started knocking on doors, offering to fetch groceries and help families with small tasks. At first, it was just a way to buy more kites. But soon, something incredible happened. Dax began to understand people's needs before they even told him. He knew which brand of rice a family preferred, when they would run out of essentials, and even the exact day they needed a refill. He wasn't just a kid running errands anymore but became the invisible helper who kept households running smoothly.
Years later, after moving to New Zealand, that feeling never left him. The connection, trust, and ability to predict needs. What if this could be scaled to help shoppers everywhere?
